i removed the insert layout app. there are too many conflicts like read to end will usually undefine itself and can not be saved when you try to re define it. there are two autoload keys. etc. and half the time when you turn the insert layout off these keys will still persist until you close the program and reload it. which will also reload the set file for the program.

Num Lock has to be off in order to use the Mouse hot keys issued from the numeric keypad. You also might want to check and make sure that the Insert Key Layout didn’t get toggled on accidentally.
