Greetings, Chris is correct. However, we have a screen scraping routine that attempts to get the same information when you are in Windows Live and Facebook chats.. This alternate method takes longer than getting at data directly from the Skype API, and it is not 100% reliable. We will investigate this issue as time allows.

I just downloaded the most recent skype enhance app, and have noticed something unusual. When I’m in a window that’s a regular skype contact, the messages are read just fine, either automatically or by using the function keys. However, when I’m in a window that is a messenger or facebook contact, the messages are not read with the function keys or automatically. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
