You may also need to get their emergency removal tool to get rid of McAfee.. Let it be known you cannot run the emergency removal tool for McAfee without sighted assistance as it asks for a captcha to continue. Having just done this I have firsthand experience. Also note: the uninstall app from programs and features for McAfee didn't work for me under Window-eyes 8.4 and Windows 8.

Here is a link to a knowledgebase article with more details: www.gwmicro.com/kb2058<http://www.gwmicro.com/kb2058>. I would suggest you uninstall McAfee and use an alternative solution. Regarding screen rotation, here is a link to a knowledgebase article that provides instructions for addressing this issue: www.gwmicro.com/kb1022<http://www.gwmicro.com/kb1022>. Regards, Marc From: Mike Bernard <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> Date: Tue, 26 Aug 2014 20:20:03 -0400 (EDT) Hi Scot, In My sys tray, there's a button called (Intel R graphics media excelerator driver) Is this the option you were refering too? I'm actually typing this on my old xp machine at the moment, as I'm I'm i the process of rearranging my home office. But as soon as I get the 8.1 system up and running, I'll try your suggestion and get back to you and the other listers and let you know what happened. By the way, they gave me Mcafee as my virus protection software. Is this program accessible with Window-Eyes? Once everything is up and running, I'll be using it with Window-Eyes 8.4.
