I may find it necessary soon to purchase a new windows desktop PC which
in all likelihood will have a Windows 8.1 operating system. I would be
grateful to anyone who could either provide or point me in the direction
of modifications which should be made to Windows 8.1 to optimize its use
with a screen reader, especially Window-eyes 8.4.
