Are you running a 32 or 64-bit machine?

Please advise as this is an issue on our 32-bit machine and I've removed the
Outlook enhance app so as not to be bothered with this problem.
Unfortunately that's the only way to get rid of the problem.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

I have tried configuring outlook to use with Window-Eyes. I have also
downloaded these files here, and I am still not able to get rid of this
message virtualization error. I am kind of at a lost now. What else could be
the issue? Thank you!
Soo Keea

Hello,
Try downloading and installing the below files:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/9/3/c93c2e15-4f0d-4482-99a1-37d096a
399a2/vstor30.exe

After that reboot and see if the issue goes away.

Subject: Outlook Message Virtualization

Hi All,

I seem to have this message virtualization issue every time I open an e-mail
message. I tried enabling the message virtualization and I still can't get
rid of the error.

I did an alt-f, o for options, a for addends, tabbed and arrow to disabled
items, tabbed over to the go button, but when I go to arrow down to outlook
enhance it is not in this list. How do I get rid of this message
virtualization error? Thanks!
Soo Keea
