Bill, Are you saying that it is Window-Eyes that is actually interacting, i.e. reading the Kindle books on your pc? What you describe sounds very much like the old Kindle for PC with accessible plug in, which used one of 2 possible voices, Tom or a female whose name I forget, and had its own commands for navigation. But Window Eyes didn't actually work, i.e. this is a self voicing, very limited app, where you can't read words, charaqcters, lines, spell things etc, and the only voices you get are those provided within the app. Altogether an unsatisfactory experience, compared with other Kindle reading options on other platforms. But I haven't used this in a couple or more years. So are you now saying it has changed, and it is possible to use any Window Eyes voice you have and to navigate, really navigate, within the book?
