Hi all,

I am now using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010, along with WE 8.4.

I am still in the learning process but things are progressing a bit at a
time.

However, I am having a problem using Outlook.

When I get an email from a person or a listserv like this one, there is no
problem; I can read the message just fine.

But when I get an email from a website like Audible, Grandparents.com, or
Blind Bargains, I have trouble.

First when I open the email I can't hear anything spoken. I figured out that
if I hit tab, I am told information about the info bar. I called the WE tech
support and I thought we had turned that off. I don't have any trouble with
the info bar in other emails.

Then, when I tab past the info bar, I find the from, cc, subject and so
forth. I guess that when I open these emails I am not in the body of the
message.

So when I finally get into the body of the message, I hear a lot of stuff
about things like, style normal, style normal web, leaving table 1.1, r2c11
leaving hyperlink field.

I just want to read the email!

When I was using Windows XP and Office 2003, when I got an email with
pictures and tables it just said, link, then a lot of letters.

I would just arrow down past them and look for text.

But now, even if there is text, I usually can't read it.

Also, I can't use, control enter any more to send an email. I have to use
ALT S. Is there any way that I can go back to using, control enter?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Paulette
