Hello all, As the subject indicates, I need help with XL attachments in Outlook 2010. I am running Windows 7 64-bit with office 2010 and I.E. 10 with WE 8.4 on an HP desk top at work. This is on a Microsoft Exchange server and the UAC is password-protected. The factory set is up to date running modified version 1.77 and v. 1.77i s installed.
My problem is that I cannot retrieve XL attachments. When I go to the attachment using the WE shortcut, all that comes up when I press the applications or context key is copy. The full menu does not come up. I have tried using the mouse keys to no avail as it won't route the the XL control. Bringing focus to the attachment and left clicking on the mouse does no good and right clicking nearly says copy. I have also tried when Outlook is open to add the Office enhance app under add/remove apps. I can get as far as clicking the add button and then it wants the file name. What is supposed to go in that stupid edit box please? Any help with the attachment issue is appreciated as I have a file I really need to get a hold of and cannot. Thank you.
