Most Email clients that I know of use CONTROL-F as the command to forward a message.

I want to forward an email, but when I press ALT, I get a different menu that says things like, ALT, or something about ribbons. It used to be that when I pressed ALT, I could right arrow over to forward. So, what do I need to forward a message. Is there a WE technique that I could use, or should I do something in Windows 7?
