They are extremely helpful. You can try emailing [email protected] Be sure to put subscribe in the subject, leaving body of message blank. Do you have a sighted pair of eyes you can borrow? They may have to go into the braille options and set the status sell to off. It may have been on when you upgraded and there is a nasty bug where VO will not function with the status sell set to left or right.
