Hi Shannon,
I'm not trying to be a smart aleck or anything, but have you tried Firefox as well as Internet Explorer? It's simply because I've seen different performance with each. Then, there is quite a bit of difference between how version 10 of IE performed as opposed to version 11. I hope you get some relief eventually. I am the Ad min for the google apps account. I was able before moving to Win 8.1 and WE 8.4 and IE 11 to manage the email accounts and passwords. I can't do it now. Half of the elements appear to be missing or not labeled. There are buttons with no labels. Edit boxes that have no titles. Turning off brows mode is not helping. This seems to be a growing problem with web content and WE. It really stinks that I am going to have to pass this work on to someone else because my screen reader is failing me. Not a good solution in my opinion. I need to change a user's password and I can't do it. NVDA is better but not as good as I need it to be. Pretty frustrating that I once again am being rendered les useful in my abilities. Any reasoning or answers to why the google admin console is so unfriendly with WE? More importantly how do WE users control the admin control panel? Thanks Shannon If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
