Hi: WE is pretty unstable with IE 11. Many times I bring up a page and have to wait for some time for the page to load and sometimes it just doesn't seem like it is working and, during this time, WE is pretty much locked up.
I don't know if IE 11 is actually crashing and automatically ReStarting - no messages I could hear. One of the pages did have a flash component and it seemed that WE may not have read anything and, locked up, while the flash was playing. I am not sure this was the case but it may have been. Other times I will be in browse mode just arrowing around the form in question and a Menu is automatically displayed, perhaps a pop up of some sort, but this also causes problems where WE seemingly will stop speaking. When WE stops speaking I try the escape key or tab a few times to try and jump past the object causing the problem - note that some areas that dont speek need to be tabbed several times since there may be several lines that wont speak but it usually gets me around that part of a page. I didn't have time to try turning off flash, might have it turned off already but not sure, in the WE Control Panel to verify if flash was causing one of the problems but if I encounter it again I will try this out. Note that if the flash doesnt stop playing and it is in fact a problem for WE then the page would appear to continue to be locked up until it is closed, if you can close it, or ReBoot the computer. The continuing problem with some links not working has been made worse since I can not use the mose to get to most places on most Pages - note the links read and work with other screen readers so I am guessing this is a WE problem.
