Subject: Outlook 2013

Hello all

I am new to outlook 2013. I used outlook2003 until today. How do I get the
reading pain on? I tried to click on reading pain then bottom from the
ribbon,, but when I tab from the message list, there is no reading pain. Also
can I get rid of all the other tab fields like search and folders from the main
window of outlook? I only want the message list and reading pain to show.

Thanks
Edward
