FireFox is not hard to use at all. I have used it with Window eyes 8.4. I am still on XP but, I do know people that run FireFox on this OS and have no issues. I even use it when IE decides to be stupid.

In order to prevent the crashes that I get with Internet Explorer, I use Firefox. Each person does what he/she has to do in their own situation so while downgrading to IE10 was a good solution for you, that doesn't always apply. I would suggest to everybody downgrading to ie10 which works fine here in my private and professional situation. Also, WE8.4 on certain websites tends to crash and only a reboot will get we8.4 speaking. However, those same sites work well in Firefox and WE8.4 does not crash. Is this a known problem with ie11? And if so, will WE9 fix these problems?
