Why shouldn't an app developer create an OCR app for Window-eyes that would 
work?
After all, isn't that the reason app support was introduced in Window-eyes 7.0?

The extended dictionary app an end user created is a great example, the end 
user wanted a more sophisticated exceptions dictionary and created it.
Just my thoughts.

I doubt it, I expect they want to rely on app writers to write an app
for OCR. Just my £0.02 worth.
