Thank you, Louis, but that doesn't work either. I get the message, "No links or controls." (sigh)

From the list of messages select one that says the word "Attachments". Open
the message. Back-tab until you hear "Attachments". Now just arrow left or
right, or perhaps using the up and down arrows, and select one, and hit
Enter to open and read it. See if that works for reading. Saving is
something else, but you can always ctrl-c to copy what you've read, then
alt-tab to an open Word document, and alt-v to paste, then save that
document.

Thank you, George, but that did not do the trick.

With the email open
Shift + TAB to the message
Then CTRL + right arrow to the first attachment Then hit ENTER to open it or
you can use the applications key to open.

Subject: Attachments and outlook 2010

Hi everyone,
With the help of this list and the support team at GW Micro I am finally
able to read HTML emails in outlook 2010.
Now the only problem I am having is opening attachemnts.
Can anyone give me some keyboard commands to open attachments so I can read
them

My church sends me the Sunday bullentins and notifications by email and I
can't read them.

Thanks in advance,

Dave
