I've just installed Office on my computer again and used the tool you
told me and reinstalled WE and it works very well, but some key
combinations doesn't work for istance, control-alt-arrows to modify
parameters or the control+diagonal slash to bring the we menu.

Thanks for your kind answer, yes I made a mistake when I wrote the key
combination, but control+backslash doesn't work, apart from that, when I
pres the key alt the speed of the synthesis changes and to turn back to
the speed I like better I have to invoke the WE menu.
