Mike,

Windows Media Player has a "rip" button that Window-Eyes has trouble with, but 
there is a way around it.  If you 
go to options and go to the "rip CD" tab, there is a checkbox that will rip 
CD's automatically when you put the CD 
in.  Check that and press OK, and then when you put your CD in it will get 
ripped.  There is another checkbox to 
cause the CD to eject when finished, and I check that as well so you know for 
sure when it has finished.
