When you install the Window-eyes offer for users of Microsoft Office, it has a generic serial number. When you purchase a voice/synthesizer, you will be assigned a unique serial number. You download the authorization file run it and activate Window-eyes. It will then change the generic serial number to your assigned serial number. You then go to get more voices from the help menu and download your synthesizer authorization file and run that. That tells Window-eyes you are authorized to use the voices/synthesizers you purchased. If you purchased vocalizer/vocalizer expressive voices you can download and install them from the get more voices page. Chris
