When you click on that link, your browser should go into that Open or Save

I got ahold of this program called Verbatim that does it though. But I
don't recall where I got it. It wasn't accessible on my old Vista machine,

As memory serves, this can be done in Windows 7, through the properties of
the removable drive in question.
