Hi,
Couldn't you get an installer from ninite.com to do the upgrade?
You'd go to ninite.com check the Adobe PDF Reader 11.0.9 check box and press
the get installer button.

This downloads a 300kb install file that you would run and it is accessible..

This is how I install multiple apps on a new computer such as Skype, firefox,
thunderbird etc.
Just my thoughts.

Chris

Hi Martha,
The upgrade is fine, but you'll need sighted assistance.

Is there any reason not to install this upgrade?
If I should install the upgrade, are there prompts for install options that WE
won't be able to read to me, or that I won't be able to navigate to? If so, I
can wait until I have sighted assistance to do the upgrade.

Using an XP machine, WE 8.4.

Thanks.
Martha
