I find that often the first time I log on, Window-eyes runs, but some of the 
hotkeys are not working.
This also happens after I have to enter my password again to get back on our 
work network after being away from my computer for 10 minutes.
The only solution I know is to unload window-eyes with control-insert-f4--using 
the ap Quick Quit.
Wait for the confirmation sound that window-eyes is unloaded, and start 
Window-eyes again.
