Paulette, That takes you to the icon that says attachments, to actually get to the attached item, (which is visually to the right of that icon) hit Control right arrow over each of the attachments. I note to use Control and the arrows, because if you just hit right arrow, there is a good chance that Outlook will automatically open the attachment into an inaccessible preview. You need to hit Control and the right arrow and once you hear the attachment name you want, you can use the context key to go to Open, save or whatever you want.
I also like the Outlook enhance attachment window found with Control alt A. (If you run a later version of Kurzweil 1000 though, this key combination opens the Kurzweil calendar. I went into Kurzweil and disabled that hotkey combination. I am trying to open an attachment in Outlook. I opened the email, hit ALT 7 twice, then hit the context menu button. I can't get the computer to do anything except say, attachments. How do I get it to open? Thanks. Paulette This communication may contain privileged and/or confidential information. It is intended solely for the use of the addressee.
