I am usint WE 8.4, Windows 7 and Office 2010. I also have the Humanware Companion. When I want to download a book from bard, I press enter where it says to download the book. I then get something that says, download page. It doesn't matter what I do, it doesn't change. It says the same thing no matter which arrow key I press. When I press tab or backtab, I hear nothing. My husband says that there is a dialog box at the bottom of the page that asks if I want to save, etc. What should I do? Thanks for your help.
