It isn't the size of the print, it is the amount of data/information that can 
fit on the screen. The higher the resolution, the more information at one time.

has anyone had a person that could read a 1900 by 768 screen? meaning a
sighted person with 20 20 vision? if higher gives better proformance
then  i do not know any sighted person that could read that size of print.
