Dave, In the Window-Eyes control panel, navigate to the General item in the settings tree, expand it with the right arrow, and go down until you find "Startup Options." Next, Tab until you find the "Set Options" button and press the Space Bar to activate it. You may then be asked if you want Window-Eyes to make changes to your computer; choose yes. You will then be in a dialog allowing you to select when you want Window-Eyes to start up. Tab through this window, and check or uncheck the options as desired. When finished, activate the OK button.
