Hi Josh, Keep in mind that I don't know much about this program. I did install it, which required me to install Java, which, I assume, you know must be done first. Also, it is necessary to install the Java access bridge, which is done from the start menu, choosing the Window-Eyes pull-down, choosing advanced options, and then choosing install Java access bridge. This last step is what made a big improvement in accessibility. Let me know if this works for you.
