Open the i.e you want.  This has to be done so you can put the shortcut on
the desktop.  I suggest open one you use all the time.  Mine is google.com

 

When open go to the file menu and down to send to and hit enter

Choose shortcut to desktop and it enter and follow the dialog box.

>From the desktop hit control spacebar to you hear no selections

Then hit your apps key to get the contextual menu and arrow down to new
folder and hit enter and follow the dialog box.
