Hi Sam, |I am seeing this too after running emergency removal, installing 8.4 and then beta 1. Here is what I did to rectify the issue:
1. Open outlook. 2. Press control-backslash to open the Window-eyes control panel. 3. Press alt-a for the apps menu. 4. Press O until you get to Outlook Enhance and press enter. 5. Down arrow, you should see enable message virtualization, but no hot key. 6. Continue to down arrow until you get to help and press enter. 7. Press alt-k for the hot key manager. 8. You can press enter to close the hot key manager. Or explore to the toggle message virtualization hot key to verify it is alt-shift-v then press enter. The next time you go into the apps menu/outlook enhance and check out enable message virtualization alt-shift-v will be there and it should work.
