Edward,
1) As per the readme.txt file for the beta, place markers are unavailable .
2) As for the speaking of the tooltip, my guess would be you have
speaking tooltips enabled. IE by default will display the URL when you
focus a link. Window-Eyes has been instructed to speak this tooltip
which is what you are seeing. We have disabled speaking of tooltips in
our factor IE sets. Go to General / Other / Speak Tooltip and set this
to program specific and turn it off...
3) I didn't spend a great deal on this page and I'm not fully sure which
player you are trying to get to but it appears to be a page issue. I'm
not able to get there with other screen readers either.

buggs
1. place markers doesn't work when I hit "k"
2. when I tab or shift tab on any site, but you can try it with
google.com, the url is spoken, not the link itself. Meaning, it would
say _www.home.com/westhartford/06117/houses.html_
<file://www.home.com/westhartford/06117/houses.html>, instead of
speaking the link homes in west hartford. It will speak the link
"homes in west hartford", if I use the errow keys to navigate on the
link, but not tab or shift tab.
3. if you go to _www.laser55.com_ <file://www.laser55.com>, window
eyes cannot find the youtube video player.
Thanks
Edward
