I'm not following. bbc.co.uk/news is using lots of html headings. Can
you be very specific with a URL and steps to get to an element you
believe is wrong? Also, remember that not only html headings but also
aria headings are recognized.

I have tried this out on a site I maintain and confirm that the word
"heading" is being use when the native html on the site does not indicate
headings.
