What happens if you windows-B to access the system tray?

My experience is that this has always been more reliable than Insert-S, and of 
course - I am sure that you have removed the insert key layout- app.

Hi all,

     If I try to right click or double click an item in my system tray using 
insert s nothing happens.  The items display but when you try to click on the 
item window eyes brings up the charm bar.
