Unfortunately, using Word 2013 and WE 8.4 on a Windows 7 64-bit system, insert f1 brings up Word Help. I hear nothing when I arrow down, but if I hit the tab key, I get some stuff like Home, Print, Use Large Text, unchecked, Back, Search Online Help. There’s nothing about Window Eyes keystrokes to do anything. How do I get those? Thanks. Evan
