Hi bill,
I need to get the text often with out all the formatting. I could do this in the past with shift-arrows and ctrl-c. Then ctrl-v and it's done. Now I need to press f8 to start, f8 to end, then enter to copy. Then go to another program like notepad then press ctrl-v then select all ctrl-a and then ctrl-c and then go to the program I wanted in the first place and now ctrl-v. I truly need to cut and paste dozens of times per day. This is an upgrade? I selected one line and I selected many lines. I guess selecting one line is two keystrokes and with the new method it's three. After one line that difference goes away. If it's possible to also include the previous method of selecting, that would be good. I'm kind of amazed how much folks want to hang on to old ways of doing things. This seems like a problem, when just about everything to do with computers is going to change and require doing things in a new way.
