Doug, I think I have done it. First with an incorrect file name as I could not find the <browse> button and did not remember the name correctly. The second time I did use the correct file name.
I am not sure as it did not take very long at all to say it was successful. Maybe this is coming from a key label dictionary? If you want, you can zip up your entire default profile directory which is located at: %appdata%\gw micro\window-eyes\users\default You can upload it to http://www.gwmicro.com/upload or if you can give me a URL to a dropbox address or whatever. But if I have your default profile I should be able to duplicate the issue and see what is truly causing it. I setup a desktop shortcut to launch Notepad when control-alt-e is pressed. I tested before launching Window-Eyes and it worked. I launched Window-Eyes and it worked. I went into IE and while in browse mode I tried it and it worked. > > Doug > On 11/25/2014 10:20 PM, MJ Williams wrote: >> Hello, >> I have a number of alt control hotkeys assigned to desktop shortcuts >> for the purpose of launching the associated programs.
