Running Windows 7, IE 11, and WE B2. If I go to a page and read a while, page up to the top of the page the first line is repeated over and over again. It can be stopped with any key.
When there is nothing running, press alt tab a couple times and there is silence. I then need to use Windows D to get back to the desk top.
