In the Window-eyes control panel go to: Verbosity/browse mode/autoload/when browse mode is toggled. Set it to indicate with speech.
Alternatively go to the sounds application in your Windows control panel and assign browse mode on and browse mode off to sounds of your choosing. For a while I had my browse mode on sound set to the sound of a light saber igniting and browse mode off was the sound of a light saber shutting off.
