Hello,

My Employer is going to a new VOIP phone system called ShoreTel.  I have been 
trying to get used to the ShoreTel app using WE 8.4.  I can access some of the 
options but not all.  I have to use the mouse keys to navigate the tool bar.  
When I click on a menu item, there is a drop down with several options.  With 
sighted help, I am told that the arrow keys move up and down through the 
selections but WE does not speak them.  I try routing the mouse to the cursor, 
but that also does not produce speech output.  I tried redefining the cursor 
keys to read highlet or hi-lighted text and still no speech.  Does anyone have 
any other suggestions to try?  I am using Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.  I haven't 
tried WE9 beta 2 with hthis app because I have another app that doesn't work 
well with the beta.
