The Qube, spelled with a Q, and Chicken Nugget are two clients that are
popular among blind Twitter users. There is also an accessible Twitter
web site at www.easychirp.com

If you have a smart phone, there are several apps that act as clients.
For the iPhone, blind folks seem to like Twitterific, Tweet list, and
the native Twitter app. The Twitter web site has become much more
accessible than it used to be, and there is a whole list of keyboard hot
keys.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Best way to access Twitter with Window eyes

So, I have generally avoided all of the social media services, but I am
a sweepstakes and other such contests enthusiast and it seems that one
must participate in at least some social media to enter many sweeps. So,
I am now at least sort of using the Twitter account I created a number
of years ago. I have yet to actually Tweet, but I have retweeted and
followed some users. I have heard, though, that Twitter is much easier
to participate in with a screen reader if one uses a client instead of
just going to the site. Of course, I will need to be sure that whichever
client I try will work well with Window eyes. So, I ask the list
members, which are the best for users of Window eyes?

Who knows, I might actually create a Facebook page next.

Thanks,

Chris
