Actually, if you go into the verbosity settings for browse mode, you can turn 
on the speaking of unlabeled graphics and WE will at least speak the name of 
the graphic file which is in the middle of the story, immediately after "watch 
this video".

You're right in that it doesn't say it's a graphic, or that you can click it, 
but you can press enter on it and it will start the video.
