Hello, Well if the page is reading fine for you, the next thing I would ask the reporter to look at is to see if he has any toolbars installed, Start Menu, Control Panel, Press Backspace, type in program into the search field that comes up and then, tab until he finds uninstall a program and see if he has any toolbars like google or other add toolbars in the list, if he has remove them and see if the issue continues to happen?
