Hi Bill,
I have Skype open all the time, and perhaps it has something to do with that. I'm not sure. Bill From: Rod Hutton [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, December 30, 2014 6:40 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Auto Redraw Hi, I've noticed since the betas have come out that, while editing in the macro editor of MS Word 2010, the title bar is continually spoken unless I turn off Auto Redraw under General, Other. My question is whether this is a good solution to my problem, that is, is there any reason where I might miss information which might be updated on the screen. If so, is it better to create a silent speak window which covers the title bar? Actually, I cannot make the Auto Redraw setting stick, since if I toggle it off for MS Word, when I Alt-tab to another window and then back to MS Word, it toggles back On.
