Hi David, \
Within a message, try this: Press Alt to invoke the ribbon. Press right arrow to highlight Message tab. Press spacebar to choose this tab. Then, repeatedly press Shift-RightArrow to move through the options you're looking for. I used to be able to respond to Outlook message using the ribbon commands. Like press alt, then under the Home option, arrow down then left or right to get to reply, reply all, forward, etc. I no longer have these options. I was also able to use the mouse keys to move to the top of the Outlook screen and find these same functions. Now when I move to the top of the screen(with the mouse), it just goes to the 'TO' line of the message and no further.
