Hi Bill: I am still using we production version what 8.x. Sometimes in Outlook ReadToEnd will not work, other times I have to hit the keys twice and it will work, sometimes once will work . It is inconsistant. I hope WE gets it together before releasing a production version indeed. There are a host of other problems as well as noted in the many postings about the beta versions and they were in the 8.x version I use as well. Rick USA
