Running WE 9 on a Win 8.1 system.
Reported problem during beta cycle where while using arrow keys or tab
to review a web page we will go silent. This problem still exists. No
particular web site is the problem. If you close IE when this happens
speech comes back but is not working correctly.
Darn shame things like this didn't get fixed.
