At work, the only place where I still have XP boxes with all updates, Window-Eyes9 runs like a charm! What GW Micro/AI Squared has said is that there are no guarantees that it will run well under XP; additionally, tech support WILL NOT be provided to you if you run Window-Eyes9 under Windows XP. I'm doing it fairly successfully, so I'd say try it! If it fails, you can always delete it and install Window-Eyes8.4.
