How do I set the bookmarks in the first place please.

The go to bookmark feature will only work if the PDF is displaying as
individual pages. For smaller documents, the whole document is
showing already. Even if separate pages are being displayed, I think
this feature will only take you to the page on which the bookmark
occurs, not position your cursor to that line.

Hello all,
I have a pdf file with bookmarks in it. I hit f6 to get to the
bookmarks tab, and select a particular bookmark. When I hit go to
bookmark after selecting, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I
am using window eyes9.
