I wonder then if the update feature within the Manager is broken as attempts 
for me over a long period have reported that I am running the latest update.


Perhaps an enquiry to an Audible human I sin order.

Hi,
Last time I called for assistance from Audible, they updated Audible Manager 
for me and I’ve had no problems with WE crashing or being disrupted.  I can 
also download right to my mini player if I want.  Using Windows 7 64-bit WE 9 
and a Booksense.

I also haven’t had any problems with the download manager and I am using the 
full 9.0. I have no idea what might cause one person to experience problems 
while another does not. Maybe it is due to the addition of the braille display 
as I do not use one.

Interesting, I haven’t updated to we 9.0.  Still using beta 3 and have no 
problem with using the audible manager to download books.  Just bought a 
dramatized book a couple of days back.  Using windows 7 with all updates.

Hi all.

I had hoped that there would be an improvement in performance of Window-eyes 
and the Audible Download Manager.  Sadly: with the exception of the Window-Eyes 
restart feature  introduced with version nine, the Audible Download Manager 
still silences Window-eyes, and also locks braille display output.  With the 
restart of Window-Eyes, the Download Manager’s list of activities is not 
properly identified by Window-Eyes.

I use Internet Explorer version 11 on Windows 8.1 64 bit.
