Hi,
I just did it yesterday with Firefox 35 and Windows 8.1.
I pressed enter on the change shipping address link.
Pressed control-end to move to the bottom of the page.
Pressed shift-b to move to the previous button (it was unlabeled.)
Pressed down arrow and saw my addresses in the address book.
Located the address I wanted and hit enter on the ship to this address link.
It changed the shipping address.

However I aborted the process and didn't complete the order as my mom probably
didn't want a hard drive.

On another note. I just placed an order on Saturday using Firefox 35.

Subject: Re: unable to press the "change shipping address" on Amazon

Hi John,

The last time I made a purchase on Amazon, I needed sighted help to complete
the purchase.
I even tried using their accessible web port to complete the purchase, but it
still needed sighted help.
I called Amazon to let them know that their accessible web port was not blind
friendly.

Good Luck, Manny

When you are checking out on Amazon, you have the option of changing the
shipping address. I used to be able to press enter on the "change shipping
address" link, which is identified as a link. Now, when I use the Enter key or
route the mouse, nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing this? This is
true in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Using Windows-7 with WE-9.
