Hello, Window-Eyes will work just fine with any tablet running Windows 8.1 pro. Unfortunately at this time, Window-Eyes does not support using the touchscreen. This means you will have to connect a USB or Bluetooth keyboard to your tablet in order for you to use it with Window-Eyes. I really feel the issue of not having touch support really needs to be addressed, as soon as possible.
I hope this helps! He is looking for a good table that possibly work well with existing version of WE or with the upcoming version of window-eyes. Can GW-micro please shed a light here about what is the current status regarding this matter? My friend just to wish to make a wise decision and spend the money wisely.
